These are some of the best dumplings I've ever had.
Shrimp with Cashews
The shrimp with cashews and water chestnuts was so chockful, it was more than enough for three meals. I could have used more sauce, in that case! But it was delicious, as is everything that comes out of Chi Thai.
House Fried Rice
I've never had such good fried rice. It's not just rice but pieces of beef and chicken as well as whole shrimp. Deliciousness.

Wor Su Gai
Being from Michigan we looked for something similar to the sauce we were used to. this Wor Su Gai is the closest we've found. It tastes amazing.
General Tso's Chicken
Delicious, although this time perhaps a touch too much garlic.

This is is fabulous. It is my favorite dish at Chi Thai. Lots of meat shrimp rice baby corn and more. One order is enough to feed 2 people.
Spicy Triple Delight
The spicy triple delight is our favorite item on the menu!! It was so good, we are about to order it for dinner again tonight, less than 2 days later! The sauce is perfection!
